Ain’t no fair day

Raging inside, turmoil unending, unbalanced thoughts
Surging fear and anxiety threatens my peaceful man
Panicking at mediocre things
Some things should make sense but they don’t
I feel like I am living at the edge of a cliff
“Somebody save me”🎶 ain’t no Superman here
Just God in me doing the most
Battling through pain and headache
Finding my way on this beaten path
Hoping for newness
Striving for a better life, yeah, In Him I have hope
I know that I cannot be crushed
He’s making me bolder in him
Dreaming bigger for my generation
I shall not lose focus
For in Him I live, move, and have my being
